The Banquet Room
We believe every event deserves nothing but the best, which is why our Banquet Room is the epitome of elegance and sophistication. With 2,600 sq. ft. of space, high ceilings, and large arched windows, the room can accommodate up to 200 guests banquet style when food is served directly from the kitchen to the tables. Or up to 300 guests theatre style. The setup of tables and chairs is tailored to your needs, and our on-site attendant ensures a seamless rental experience. Restrooms with easy access are also available.
Catering Kitchen
Our convenient serving kitchen allows you to bring in caterers of your choice. Features include a large serving window, industrial food warming cabinet, refrigerator, industrial icemaker, dishwasher, sink, and abundant counter space. You have the freedom to utilize a caterer of your choice. We permit alcoholic beverages within policy guidelines, leaving the beverage choice in your hands.
Outdoor Space
Take your event outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty of our private terrace complete with an adjoining patio and fountain. We believe outdoor spaces are important, and our glass doors allow your event to flow effortlessly from the inside out. Our covered portico at the main entrance ensures that even during inclement weather, you and your guests are dry, allowing for uninterrupted festivities. Plus, Heritage House is entirely situated on one level, so there are no elevators, ramps, or steps to worry about!
