From a small training session to a large business seminar, it’s important that the venue caters to your specific needs. Heritage House has the amenities and versatility to fit a wide range of event criteria, including a few extra perks that may surprise you.

Room set-up is done specific to your needs. We will work closely with you to determine the best configuration for your event. Table and chair set-up is included in the rental fee.

The catering kitchen is included as part of your package. In addition, you have the freedom to use a caterer of your choice. Kitchen privileges at other venues are usually accompanied by extra fees. At Heritage House the kitchen is included as part of your package, and we do not require you to use vendors from an “approved” list.

The staff is accommodating. The goal of our dedicated staff is to take care of your every need, so you can focus your attention on your event and guests.

It’s extremely convenient. Heritage House is close to I-77 in Mooresville at heart of the Lake Norman area.  Private parking is just steps from the main entrance and the covered portico is especially nice during inclement weather.
